• Cookies aux deux chocolats et aux éclats d'amande

    Une recette très simple issues de la petite bibliothèque du chocolat, que j'adore réaliser, surtout quand il faut y mettre les mitaines :D -retouuuur en enfance-  [ . . . ]

     

    Allez abrégeons juste quelques indications avant de commencer : cette recette de base permet de réaliser toutes sorte de variantes: le chocolat et les amandes peuvent etre remplacées par n'importe quel fruit sec, ou autre ! laissez libre cours a votre immagination !

    Si vous voulez préparer vos cookies a l'avance, vous pouvez congeler le boudin de pâte, et le sortir une heure avant de faire cuire les gâteaux !

     

    Pour 40 cookies environ :

     

    * 100g de chocolat noir

    * 100g de chocolat blanc

    * Amandes (dosez selon vos goûts !)

    * 275g de farine

    * 1/4 sachet levure chimique

    * 150g de beurre demi-sel mou

    * 75g de vergeoise brune ( ou de cassonade)

    * 1 oeuf entier + 1 jaune d'oeuf

     

    • Hachez les chocolats et les amandes en pépites

    • Tamisez la farine et la levure

    • Dans un saladier, mélengez le beurre mou et la vergeoise à l'aide d'un fouet électrique jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse. Ajoutez l'oeuf entier et le jaune et battez bien à nouveau.

    • Incorporez la farine et la levure [c'est ici que vous pouvez y mettre les mains ! Sinon, mélangez à l'aide d'une spatule...)

    • Ajoutez le chocolat et les amandes

    • Déposez la pâte sur un film alimentaire, faconnez la pour obtenir un boudin de 5 cm de diamètre, enveloppez, et mettez au réfrigérateur au moins une heure.

    • Préchauffez votre four à 180°. Coupez des rondelles de pâte et disposez les sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Faire cuire 8 à 10 minutes. Les cookies font durcir en se refroidissant.

               La recette requière un jaune d'oeuf... Un blanc se retrouve donc tout seul perdu au milieu des cookies fumants... Oh mon dieuuuu ! Je décide donc de faire quelques meringues [pour la première fois !] en espérant qu'elle ne seront ni molles, ni trop cuites, ni jaunes etc... Je vous livre le résultat sous peu, elle cuisent tranquilement, la pâte etait très prometteuse, bien ferme et bien brillante [bientot la recette] ! =D
